Your privacy is important. This notice explains how Arrow Clear collects, uses, and shares personal data — and the choices you have.

2. What We Collect

Automatically: IP address, device model/OS, identifiers (GAID, ANDROID_ID), session length, screens viewed, crash logs, and network details.

With permission / you provide: GAID/IDFA, engagement metrics, PayPal email and name for withdrawals, and other details you voluntarily submit.

PayPal Data Protection. Your PayPal email and withdrawal details are never sold or rented. They are shared only for payout processing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

5. Data Retention

Personal Data is retained only as needed. Accounts inactive for 90 consecutive days trigger deletion. Anonymized usage data may be kept for analytics.

6. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside your country. We apply TLS 1.2+ encryption and contractual safeguards for equivalent protection.

8. Opting Out

Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → off

Sale opt-out: email with subject "Do Not Sell My Personal Information".

11. Third-Party Services & Ad Partners

Ads are served through AppLovin and mediation partners.

May share: resettable ad IDs, device model/OS/screen, session metrics, ad interactions, country/language.
Never share: email, credentials, identity-linked progress, precise GPS, PayPal details.

We use TLS 1.2+, role-based access, and regular audits. Partners must maintain equivalent standards. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Arrow Clear is not for users under 13. Contact us to request prompt deletion if a child provided data.

External sites have their own policies. Review them before sharing personal data.

16. Cookie Policy

In-app web views may use cookies, pixels, and SDKs for sessions, analytics, and ads. Manage tracking via device settings or opt-out methods above.
