These Terms govern your use of Arrow Clear. By installing or continuing to use the App, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please uninstall and stop using the App.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are not of legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
Arrow Clear is a mobile entertainment App featuring arrow-clearing puzzle gameplay. It may include rewards, promotions, and in-app ads. Features and reward rules may change or end at any time.
You may not:

The App may integrate advertising, analytics, and payment partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for practices outside our control.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed it.
We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations, fraud, or risk to users or the platform. You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it.
As-Is. The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation to the fullest extent permitted by law.
No Earnings Guarantee. Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise.
You agree to indemnify Arrow Clear, its operators, and affiliates from claims and costs arising from your misuse of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may update these Terms as the App or legal requirements evolve. Material revisions may be communicated in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
